Trade-In Value:

The trade-in value of your car is measured
by the immediate marketability of your car.

This includes:

1. How the car looks at the time of evaluation.

2. Mileage

3. The mechanical condition

4. The condition of your tires

How to improve the value:

1. Get your car detailed by a professional.
A detailed car will bring several hundred dollars
more than a moderately clean one.

2. If you smoke, clean all the ashtrays
Spray an industial strength air freshener (odorless)
in all air conditioning ducts and carpets.

3. Change the oil and clean the engine compartment.Remove all oil change stickers and service stickers, except the most recent.

4. Good tires are a must. They don't have to be top
of the line, if your tires are worn, buy a cheap set at
a discount tire store. Normal deduction for bad tires
can be as much as $125.00 per tire.

5. Be prepared, remove all your personal items before you go to the dealership.

Total cost for these improvements is about $200.00,
it can save you as much as $2000.00 in trade-in value.
